  • Patram: Crispy pieces of foxtail millet leaf topped with curd and spicy chutney.

Main Course

  • Vanavaranam: Jackfruit galette served with glazed forest mushrooms, little millet crisps, and curry leaf-rinsed Kerala red rice.

  • Mumbai Pvt: Onion seed flavored soft bun.
  • Bakarkhani: Cardamom flavored sweet flatbread.

Sweet

  • Madhurima ‘Pot of Gold’: Cardamom-scented Barnyard Millet Pudding, Fig-Peach Mix, and Ambemohar Rice Crisps.
