Special Care Taken for Hotel Accommodations for Conference Guests

New Delhi ★Special care will be taken for the choice of the hotels where the guests attending the conference will be accommodated. For this, special training is being given from the hotel staff to the chefs, who will prepare dishes of the guests’ choice. A separate menu has also been prepared for this.

About 3,500 rooms, from all the five-star hotels in the capital to hotels in the Arrow City area, have been booked for the conference guests, accompanying staff, media, and security personnel accompanying them. A three-day menu has been prepared, including different dishes from various parts of the country.

Attention to Safety Regulations

The hotel staff serving food to the guests attending the conference will receive full training on security protocols. Delhi Police and other security agencies have prepared a separate list of personnel working in the hotels during the conference. No bookings will be made in these hotels during that time.
