– It will be based on Mahindra’s MESMA (Mahindra Electric Scalable Modular Architecture) platform.

2. Codenamed ‘Mahindra eKUV100’

– It will come equipped with features such as regenerative braking, fast charging, and more.
Both SUVs are expected to be launched in India in the next 12-18 months. Mahindra is aiming to capture a significant share of the electric vehicle market in India, which is expected to grow rapidly in the coming years.
Mahindra XUV.e8 (Electric XUV700) – What all we know so far?
Mahindra has been working on an electric version of its popular XUV500 SUV, which is expected to be called the XUV.e8 or the Electric XUV700. Here’s what we know about this upcoming vehicle:
– The XUV.e8 is expected to have a range of around 350-400 km on a single charge.
– It will come equipped with a 60 kWh battery pack and a 380V fast charger.
– The electric SUV is expected to produce around 200 hp of power and 380 Nm of torque.
– It will come equipped with features such as panoramic sunroof, touchscreen infotainment system, and more.
The Mahindra XUV.e8 is expected to be launched in India in 2022. It will compete with other electric SUVs such as the MG ZS EV, Tata Nexon EV, and the Hyundai Kona Electric.
