Vande Bharat Express train: PM Modi gifts 5 new trains to the nation
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to flag off five new Vande Bharat Express trains on Tuesday, June 27. This move is aimed at increasing the connectivity between major cities and states in the country. PM Modi will launch the trains from Rani Kamlapati Railway Station in Madhya Pradesh. He will also launch the National Sickle Cell Anemia Eradication Mission in the same state.

The five new trains will connect the major cities of Bhopal, Jabalpur, Bihar, and Jharkhand. This will be the first Vande Bharat train for these two states. The train running from Ranchi to Patna will connect the two states of Bihar and Jharkhand. The other four train routes include Mumbai-Goa, Bengaluru-Hubli, Patna-Ranchi, Bhopal-Indore, and Bhopal-Jabalpur.

Currently, 18 Vande Bharat trains are running successfully in different states of the country. The first Vande Bharat train was launched from New Delhi to Varanasi, followed by the second train from New Delhi to Shri Vaishno Devi Katra. The other routes include Gandhinagar to Mumbai, New Delhi to Himachal, Chennai to Mysore, Nagpur to Bilaspur, Howrah to New Jalpaiguri, Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam, Mumbai to Solapur, Mumbai to Shirdi, Bhopal to Nizamuddin, Secunderabad to Tirupati, Chennai to Coimbatore, Delhi to Ajmer, Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod, Bhubaneswar to Howrah, Delhi to Dehradun, and New Jalpaiguri to Guwahati.
With the launch of these five new trains, the number of Vande Bharat Express trains will be 23 in the country. This will not only improve the connectivity between major cities but also provide a comfortable and efficient mode of transportation for the passengers.
