Gold is currently trading below its all-time high by Rs 1,670, while silver is trading below its all-time high by Rs 2,787. Today, gold is trading at $1,965.35 an ounce in the US, down by $0.08, while silver is trading at $23.36 per ounce, with a gain of $0.10.
In the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the futures trade of gold for August 4, 2023, is trading at a level of Rs 59,934.00, with a gain of Rs 43.00. Meanwhile, the futures trade of silver for July 5, 2023, is trading at a level of Rs 73,955.00, with a gain of Rs 285.00.
Despite the increase in rates, gold is still selling below Rs 60,000, providing a good opportunity for investors to buy.
In major cities across India, the evening rates for gold and silver remained the same on June 9, 2023.
