After this, you can click on ‘document update’ and make the necessary changes. Once you have submitted the details, a 14-digit Update Request Number (URN) will be generated. You can use this number to check the status of your Aadhaar address update.
Important Note: The free online updation of Aadhaar documents is available only on the myAadhaar portal. If you visit a physical Aadhaar centre, a fee of Rs 50 will be charged for the same.
