DelhiDesk Go First, a troubled airline, has requested an early decision on its voluntary insolvency resolution petition from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The lessors have started de-registering the airline’s aircraft, and more than 20 aircraft’s registration has been demanded to be canceled. The Wadia Group firm has approached the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) after filing the petition. The NCLT has reserved its verdict on the matter and will consider Go First’s plea soon. The airline has suspended ticket sales until May 15.
