The Bigster will feature a longer wheelbase, measuring approximately 4.6 meters, making it 300 mm longer than the standard Duster. This SUV is expected to compete with the Hyundai Alcazar, Mahindra XUV700, and Tata Safari, while sharing several design elements with the Duster.
New Interior
Inside, the Bigster is anticipated to offer a refreshed cabin layout with new features and a modern dashboard. It will likely be available in both 6 and 7-seater configurations.
Powertrain
Under the hood, the Bigster may come equipped with either a 1.2-litre turbo or a 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine, with options for 4×2 and 4×4 drivetrains. Additionally, various driving modes, including Auto, Snow, Mud/Sand, Off Road, and Eco, are expected to enhance its performance.
The new generation Renault Duster, branded as the Bigster, is projected to launch in the second half of 2025.
