New Delhi: Six Arrested for Trying to Reach Home Minister Amit Shah’s Residence
Delhi Police arrested six members of a family on Sunday as they were heading towards the residence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Krishna Menon Marg. Deputy Commissioner of Police (New Delhi), Pranab Tayal, stated that the police received information about the family attempting to reach Krishna Menon Marg without proper permission.
Sources revealed that the arrested individuals used to set up carts in the Anand Vihar area of Delhi and were upset when their carts were removed.
The DCP stated, “The police team reached the area and apprehended the family members while they were searching the place, preventing any potential incidents. Further legal action is being taken.” Sources also mentioned that the arrested individuals were upset about their carts being removed in the Anand Vihar area of Delhi.
The police are currently interrogating the arrested individuals to determine the purpose of their attempt to reach the Home Minister’s house. The DCP confirmed that necessary action would be taken in accordance with the law.
