The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is planning to develop four new townships in Sector-22D of Yamuna City, Greater Noida. Large plots of land will be allocated to builders for this purpose, following the rules of the Group Housing Scheme.

In addition, a scheme for more than six thousand residential, institutional, and commercial plots will be launched in June. This initiative aims to provide housing and industrial opportunities for people from all walks of life.
