Currently, Vande Bharat with chair car facility is running in the country. ICF is also developing a new type of train, Vande Train, which will be a 12-coach train, designed for short-distance travel. Speed of 160 km per hour
Sleeper Vande Bharat is being jointly built by two companies. This includes Rail Vikas Nigam Limited and TMH Group of Russia. According to GM Alok Mishra of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, the speed of Vande Bharat Sleeper train with 16 coaches will be 160 km per hour.
