Slogans in support of Khalistan found on Delhi flyover
New Delhi. Slogans in support of Khalistan have been written on the walls of the flyover in Delhi’s Kashmiri Gate area and some other places. Police have registered a case and started investigation. There is a suspicion that this action is of the banned terrorist organization Sikh for Justice.
Additional DCP of North District Police informed that on September 27, a video had come to his notice in which objectionable slogans were written. When a comprehensive investigation was started in the North District, slogans were found written on the Yudhishthir Setu flyover coming from Seelampur towards Kashmiri Gate. The footage is being scrutinized from the place where this slogan has been written and wherever CCTV cameras are installed in the surrounding area. Besides, dump data is also being analyzed to gather information about suspicious numbers called from the area.
About a month ago, on August 27, slogans in support of Khalistan were found written on the walls of five metro stations.
