Renault Triber is a 7-seater MPV that is being offered at a competitive price range, making it a strong contender against the popular Maruti Suzuki WagonR. With prices starting from Rs. 6.33 lakh, the Triber provides a more spacious option for those in need of a larger vehicle.
Despite the WagonR’s long-standing reputation and continuous updates, the Triber has managed to gain significant traction in the market, becoming one of the best-selling cars in the country.
The Renault Triber is set to be launched with several changes, including updated features and enhanced safety measures. The price range for the Triber is between Rs. 6.33 lakh and Rs. 8.97 lakh (ex-showroom), making it an affordable choice for those looking for a 7-seater car.
It is powered by a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that produces 72 PS and 96 Nm of torque. The car offers a mileage of 20 kmpl and has a boot space of 84 litres, which can be expanded to 625 litres by folding the third row seats.
Some of the standout features of the Renault Triber include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, smartphone connectivity, 6-way adjustable driver’s seat with height adjustment, push-button start/stop, cooled storage, and steering-mounted music controls.
In terms of safety, the Triber is equipped with four airbags (front and side), ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, rear view camera, and a tire pressure monitoring system.
