Greater Noida Registry Cost New Announced: If you’re looking to buy a home or a plot of land in Greater Noida, get ready to shell out more money. The Noida Authority has increased the allocation rates for all categories of properties by 5 to 5.5 percent.
Significant Rate Increase
The rates for plots have seen a substantial hike of 55 percent. Sectors 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 12, 16, 16B, and 16C in Greater Noida West have been moved from the fourth to the first category, causing the rates to jump by 55.95 percent compared to last year.
Impact on Residential and Builder Projects
These sectors have also moved from the fourth to the first category for builder projects, making homes and builder projects more expensive. Greater Noida Authority’s CEO, S.K. Singh, mentioned that this proposal was passed in the 135th authority meeting held in June. The new rates are now in effect following the issuance of the order.
Greater Noida Registry Cost New Rates in Specific Sectors
The new rates in Greater Noida sectors like Alpha 1 and 2, Gamma 1 and 2, Beta 1 and 2, Delta 1, 2, 3, and Swarn Nagri have now been set at Rs 47,227 per square meter, up from last year’s Rs 44,850 per square meter.
Industrial Allocation Rates Also Increased
Setting up industries in this city has become more expensive as well. The allocation rate for industries now ranges from Rs 9,920 per square meter to Rs 30,788 per square meter, compared to the previous rates of Rs 9,920 to Rs 29,238 per square meter.
