E-Auction of DDA Houses Kicks Off in New Delhi

Today marks the beginning of the e-auction for 173 comfortable flats in the Dwarka Housing Scheme, organized by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Interested buyers can participate in this online bidding process starting on the DDA website. The auction will run from today until Thursday, allowing potential flat owners to place bids on various types of housing, including MIG (Middle Income Group), HIG (Higher Income Group), Super HIG, and penthouses.

Live Bidding and Recent Sales

The live e-auction will occur twice online, making it convenient for buyers to engage in the bidding process. In a related update, DDA has successfully booked 139 EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats in Loknayakpuram, New Delhi. This highlights the ongoing demand for affordable housing options, as DDA continues to offer a range of flats under its Affordable Housing Scheme and Middle Class Housing Scheme, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Availability of Flats in Other Areas

In addition to the ongoing e-auction, all LIG (Lower Income Group) flats in Rohini Sector 34 and 35 have been sold out under the Affordable Housing Scheme. Furthermore, all HIG flats in Jasola have also found buyers, indicating a strong interest in these housing projects. As the DDA continues to facilitate these housing options, it remains focused on providing accessible living solutions for residents in Delhi.
