However, the restaurant staff noticed him and reported to the owner and manager, leading to an argument between the employees and Naveen. The matter was then reported to the Mangolpuri police station, and Havildar Ajay was informed about it. However, he asked Naveen to show his identity card, leading to a physical assault on Naveen by the restaurant staff in front of the constable.

After receiving information about the incident, high officials were informed, and police officials from Mangolpuri police station reached the spot. Upon searching the CCTV footage, the restaurant owner’s claim about a dispute over bill payment was found to be false. A case was registered at Mangolpuri police station based on Naveen’s and Narendra’s statements, and three accused, including the owner, were arrested. Havaldar Ajay was presented to the line and ordered a departmental inquiry against him. If the investigation reveals any illegal activities at the restaurant, action will be taken against the restaurant as well.
